Can I cut apples the night before for apple crisp?

I honestly would not recommend cutting up apples the night before since they are sensitive to oxygen and will start browning shortly after cutting. There are products you can purchase to prevent browning, or you could dip them in Sprite or lemon juice to prevent browning, if you really need to prep ahead. I would rather cook the crisp ahead of time, and rewarm before serving.

Can you make apple crisp ahead of time?

Yes, prep and bake the apple crisp according to directions, then let cool and store covered tightly in the fridge. When ready to serve, rewarm the crisp in a 350 degree F oven until hot and bubbly.
